Spa-grade block specification
The importer supplies wellness chains across Thailand. Their install teams need blocks with clean edges, consistent thickness, and colour that matches across a full wall. Decorative rough rock does not work when tiles must seat flush in a sauna.
We quoted a block size range, edge finish, and allowable chip rate. Anything outside tolerance was pulled before pallet build.

Production and quality control
Blocks were cut from selected seams known for harder crystal suitable for spa heat cycles. Each pallet was photographed from two angles so the buyer could approve tone before we booked freight.
Thailand humidity on arrival was factored into wrapping: breathable outer wrap, rigid corner boards, and strapping pattern that does not crush edges.

Delivery milestone
