Why one container, three product lines
Marketplace sellers often outgrow single-SKU containers but are not ready to book three separate suppliers in Pakistan. This buyer wanted animal licks, cooking blocks, and natural lamps in one FOB program with one invoice and one point of contact.
The risk in mixed loads is damage crossover: lamps breaking beside heavy licks, or food-adjacent SKUs sitting in the same carton as industrial dust. We separated lines in the stuffing plan before production started.

Packing plan by product family
Lamps were carved from lamp-grade crystal, wired for US voltage where required, and boxed with corner protection. Cooking blocks were graded for kitchen use and packed in food-contact liners inside export cartons.
Animal licks went into agricultural-grade woven bags inside master cartons built for weight. Each family had its own pallet zone inside the container so unloading at the US warehouse followed a simple floor plan.
