Multi-category program scope
The Australian distributor wanted one container that could feed both retail décor and kitchen lines: lamps and baskets for gift stores, blocks and serving plates for culinary retail, plus fine cooking salt for refill programs.
Australian biosecurity and labeling rules mean sloppy carton marks cause delays at port. We aligned marks with their import broker before print.
- Salt lamps with AU-appropriate electrical kits
- Decorative baskets and serving plates
- Fine Himalayan cooking salt in retail bags
- Himalayan blocks for cooking and presentation

How the container was zoned
Fragile décor sat in the upper secure zone with lamp boxes upright. Heavier salt and blocks loaded first on the floor with weight spread for road transit to Melbourne and Brisbane split after port.
Edible salt was packed on separate pallets from industrial dust areas. That separation is standard on every food-adjacent Saltrado load, not an upsell.
- Food-grade line cleaned before edible packing
- Lamp rejection sort before boxing (chips, wiring)
- Master carton barcodes matched to buyer sheet
- Photos sent at 80% stuff level for approval

Results after arrival
The buyer used this load to test three retail channels in one season. Lamp breakage stayed under their threshold and edible counts matched the packing list without shortage claims.
We now hold their SKU template for repeat orders, which cuts lead time on the next Brisbane/Melbourne split program.
- Repeat container planning for Q4
- Private-label bag artwork on file
