What the buyer needed
The client runs a US marketplace program built around Himalayan pink salt animal licks. They needed a single Pakistan exporter who could hold grade consistency across repeat containers, not a different lot every reorder.
Each block had to arrive labeled, counted, and packed for long ocean transit. Crumbling stock at the warehouse costs reviews and return claims, so hardness and shape were part of the spec from day one.
- Thousands of animal lick units per container
- Barcode and SKU labels applied before loading
- Pre-shipment photos and weight sheets for the buyer's freight team
- FOB Karachi Port with full export documentation

How we prepared the lot
Material was pulled from our livestock-grade seam at Khewra and sorted for size and density. Soft or irregular blocks were removed before packing.
We ran a count check at carton level, then again at container level. The buyer received a packing list that matched the physical load, which matters when customs or Amazon inbound asks for proof.
- Hardness check on sample blocks from each production run
- Moisture-aware master cartons for sea route
- Carton marks aligned with the buyer's SKU sheet
- Final walk-through documented on photo and video

Loading and handover
The container was stuffed under supervision at our facility near the salt range, then trucked to Karachi for vessel booking. We shared ETD, invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin as soon as the container sealed.
This shipment is typical of how we run US animal nutrition programs: direct mine sourcing, clear counts, and one WhatsApp thread with the person who actually supervised the load.
- Container seal number shared with buyer same day
- Weight sheet per pallet row
- Repeat-order slot reserved for Q2 program
